Lions Quest Canada School-Based Resources Order Form
To fax an order Lions Quest material for your classroom please download the Lions Quest Canada School-Based Resources Order Form.     Our fax number is 519-624-3354.  You can also order Lions Quest student and parent material from our online catalogue.  To access the catalogue simply click on the 'Browse Our Catalgoue' icon in the top right corner of your screen and then choose 'Lions Quest' from the menu that appears on the right side of your screen.
Educators must be certified in a Lions Quest workshop in order to obtain the Lions Quest curriculum resources.  The name of the educator must be provided when ordering replacement curriculum.   If you are not certified in Lions Quest and are interested in obtaining training please contact Kay, our Events Coordinator by clicking here.
