Involved with Lions Quest Canada since its establishment in the late 1980’s, Jack is a professional accountant and business manager who serves on the Board of Trustees of Lions Clubs International Foundation.

An international writer and speaker, Linda Millar was the first Lions Quest Canadian trainer and has been in the education field for over 40 years. Most recently Linda co-authored a Teacher’s Guide for a series on children’s mental health. As a mother of two and a grandmother of three, Linda’s passion for children continues to grow as she is presently writing a series of children’s books that she hopes to share in the near future.

Marvin is an agricultural consultant and the mayor of Fillmore, Saskatchewan. Active in his community, Marvin appreciates the importance of supporting the positive development of our children and youth.
With over 20 years of experience in youth development, Joanne has shared her knowledge with groups across Canada and internationally. Joanne acts as the key liaison with our Lions Club family and works with officials from across the country to support the work of Lions Quest Canada – The Centre for Positive Youth Development.
She was the Charter President for the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Spirit Lions Club. She has received 4 International Presidents Certificates of Appreciation, Helen Keller Fellowship, Lions Quest Fellowship, and is a Life Member of the Lions Foundation of Canada. Lions has been a family affair as both her father and grandfather served as District Governors for the Association.
Joanne facilitates workshops and provides keynote addresses on Positive Youth Development topics in addition to her duties in administration and as liaison with our Board of Directors.
Kay coordinates all our events including workshops, conferences, gatherings, speaking engagements and trainings. For over 20 years Kay has provided top notch service to our network of champions across the country and she is also our point person for the fulfillment of orders and other requests.
